This Privacy Notice does not apply to the practices of any third parties, which have their own privacy notices. We encourage you to read their privacy notices to learn more about how they collect and process your information.
Please review this Notice carefully before using the Services. In addition, please review our Terms of Use and Services Agreement, as applicable, which govern your use of our Services.

Information That We Collect from Other Sources
In connection with the Services, we may receive information from business partners and other third parties in accordance with their privacy policies. We may combine information that we receive from third parties with other information that we collect from you. We may also review, collect, and use information that you provide to us or post publicly about us or our activities on third-party websites, social media platforms, or blogs.
How We Use Your Information
Personal Information
- To provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of the Services;
- To resolve technical issues;
- To respond to your requests, comments, and questions;
- To contact you about administrative matters such as billing or account management;
- To send updates, security-related notices, and other Service-related notices;

Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We may share non-personally identifiable information, meaning information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for any purpose.
Security and Processing
We use reasonable safeguards to protect Personal Information under our control. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of information in the United States or other countries in which Incept AI, its affiliates, or its service providers maintain facilities.
Retention
We will not store Personal Information for longer than necessary to provide the Services and for our legitimate business purposes.
Your Choices
You may contact us at privacy@incept.ai to request access to or transfer of Personal Information, request amendment or deletion, object to processing, or request withdrawal of consent. We are not legally obligated to agree to such requests in all circumstances.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly solicit, collect, sell, or process any information from anyone we know to be under the age of 16.
Global Privacy Control and “Do Not Track” Signals
Some browsers and extensions transmit a Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal that communicates a consumer’s choice to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. We honor GPC signals as a valid request to opt out of sharing for the browser from which the signal is sent. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for interpreting other “Do Not Track” browser signals, we do not currently respond to them.
Your Privacy Choices
We use third-party analytics and marketing technologies (including Google Analytics, Apollo, and RB2B) that may involve disclosing certain online identifiers and activity to those providers. Under California law, these disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even though we do not exchange personal information for money.
You can opt out of this sharing at any time by selecting Your Privacy Choices in the website footer, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser. You may also email privacy@incept.ai. Opting out applies to the browser and device you are using and takes effect on a going-forward basis.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), provides you with the following rights regarding your personal information:
- The right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
- The right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you;
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and
- The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
The categories of personal information we may collect are described in “Information That We Collect From and About You” above, and include identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity information, and commercial information. We disclose certain of these categories to analytics and advertising providers for the purposes described in this Notice. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
To exercise your right to know, delete, or correct, contact privacy@incept.ai. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. California Civil Code section 1798.83 also permits California residents to request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; to make such a request, contact the same address.
